The DeepDive 360 process uses assessment interviewing techniques to elicit specific behavioral feedback on key leaders in your organization. Questions can be tailored to address specific concerns with the candidate. A list of interviewees is developed in concert with the candidate to get a complete view of the individual. A written development plan is created along with the DeepDive 360 assessment report. Individual coaching is available to support the candidate through the action planning after the report is delivered. This process is also effective to ascertain how well a newly hired executive is progressing in their position; ideally, six months to one year from the hire date. The emphasis is on identifying behavioral examples and putting realistic plans in place for development.
