Joe Usaj is the founder of USAJ CONSULTING LLC. He began his career in manufacturing operations as an industrial engineer and plant manager. He progressed from several union relations positions to professional relations, global compensation, staffing and organization development roles. Joe spent ten years with GE in various human resource leadership roles. He was also on the corporate executive assessment and development staff, assisting in indentifying and developing officer candidates for the company. Joe has led human resource functions at several global companies including General Electric, Picker International, Consolidated Natural Gas, Phillips Medical and Invacare. His areas of expertise are in executive assessment and development, executive compensation, organization development, talent selection and succession planning processes. His current client list includes several Fortune 500 companies.
